Pipestride spots the moment a company in your territory starts needing what you sell, often before they start looking. We reach out with the reason and introduce you to the ones who say yes.

The platform

We already know the companies. You meet the ones who are ready.

Pipestride keeps a live profile of the companies in your territory: what they do, who decides, and every public signal that says they need you. When the moment comes, we make the introduction.

1Live signals

Every permit, filing and posting, dated and tied to its public source.

2The people who decide

Decision-makers by role, with contact details verified before anyone reaches out.

3Your client profile

Territory, industry and size. Only companies that fit what you sell get through.

4Locked to one provider

Once a company is yours, no other provider on the platform gets it.

How it works

From a public record to a prospect who said yes.

Four steps. You only do the last one.

01 · Signal

A company starts needing you.

A new site, a cancelled policy, a role that won't fill. The platform reads public records every day and catches the moment it appears, inside your territory and your client profile.

02 · Match

We already know who decides.

The company is on file: who runs it, how to reach them, whether it fits your client profile. The platform locks it to you, so no other provider gets it.

03 · Introduction

Only a real yes reaches you.

We reach out to the decision-maker in your name, with the reason. A yes, a price question or a request for a call becomes an introduction. Everything else never reaches you.

04 · Your CRM

You call. Everything is there.

Within minutes of the reply, the prospect sits in your CRM: company, signal, the email thread and a call task for today.

The guarantee

A guaranteed number of introductions.

We don't count contacts or emails sent. We count prospects who said yes. The number is set for your market and written into your offer before you pay.

  • A fixed number, in writing.Set for your industry and territory, not one number for everyone.
  • The definition is in the offer. So nobody argues later about what counts.
  • Short of the number? We keep working for free until we hit it.

Where it works

Built for firms that sell to businesses.

Every industry leaves its own trail in public records. Here is what we read, and what an introduction looks like.

Not on the list? Ask on the call. If public records show when your clients need you, we can read them.

The difference

Next to a lead list and an agency.

Good teams don't need more leads. They need the right moment.

I've spent years building the CRM side of B2B sales teams: pipelines, call tasks, dashboards. Good sellers rarely have a closing problem. They have a "who do I talk to next" problem.

The answer is usually sitting in public records. Pipestride reads them every day and turns them into conversations.

Questions

Before you book.

Is this a lead list or an agency?

Neither. A list gives you names and leaves the work to you. An agency runs ads for many clients. We run a platform that finds companies with a public reason to buy, asks them in your name and hands you the ones who said yes.

What counts as an introduction?

A company in your territory and profile whose decision-maker replied with interest: a yes, a question about price, a request for a call. Out-of-office replies, "not now" and "remove me" don't count. The exact definition is in your offer.

How do you reach the companies?

We contact the decision-maker directly, by email and in your name, with the reason we are writing. It goes out from inboxes we run, so your own domain is never at risk. You approve the wording before anything goes out.

Do my competitors get the same prospects?

No. We introduce each company to one provider. The records are public, but the conversation we start is yours.

What does it cost?

A fixed package, priced for your industry and territory, paid before we start. You get it in writing on the call, together with the number we guarantee.

Who is this not for?

Teams that can't call a new introduction within a day, and teams that are full and can't take on clients. Both waste the prospects who said yes.

Is the outreach legal?

Yes. The signals come from public records, every email carries a postal address and a way to opt out, and anyone who opts out is never contacted again, for any client.
